Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Nelsonville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.
Additions and Renovations . Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. All bids must be accompanied by a completed Bid Form and completed Bid Guaranty Contract Bond Form as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder. BONDS AND CONTRACT: If the undersigned is notified of bid acceptance, it agrees to furnish required bonds as indicated in the Instructions to Bidders. COMPLETION OF WORK: In submitting a bid, the undersigned agrees to execute the Owner-Contractor Agreement in the form included in the Contract Documents and to Substantially Complete its Work as required by the Contract Documents.
