Site work and renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Nelsonville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; and for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The contractor shall provide all material, labor, and other incidentals necessary to complete the Monday Creak Trailhead Bridge Rehabilitation in accordance with all contract terms and conditions, Schedule of Items, Statement of Work, Plans, Supplemental Specifications, and other attachments. The bid opening will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams. Between $250,000 and $500,000. The Offeror may submit any questions with regard to this report by email to NDAA1290Cert@state.gov. To the extent feasible, the Department of State will respond to such email inquiries within 3 business days. The Contractor shall begin performance within 14 calendar days and complete it within 290 calendar days *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. SUMMARY A. Work for this project consists of, but is not limited to: Removal of existing deck, bridge rail, and superstructure; installation of new deck bridge rail, transition rail, and superstructure on the existing abutments. Additional riprap protection, road surfacing, site stabilization and ancillary work as shown on engineering plans or required by specifications. Any road grading or improvements to the access, are incidental to the work. Contractor is responsible for any damage to the access site.
