Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Marathon, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The construction of this project consists of labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete four (4) asphaltic concrete pickleball courts with pickleball court surfacing, fencing, gates, lighting, water service and landscaping. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond utilizing the bond form at Section 401, or a cashiers check drawn on a national or state bank and valid and effective for at least 120 days, payable unconditionally to the City of Marathon, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Total . Question Deadline 10/24/2025 All inquiries and requests for clarifications or interpretations of the Bidding Documents shall be made in writing to the CITYS Procurement representative, at least seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of Bids. For the purpose of this Bid the CITYS REPRESENTAITVE is Amanda Herrera, and inquiries can be sent to herreraa@ci.marathon.fl.us. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, except timely submission of bids, in any bids received, to re-advertise for bids or to take any other such actions that may be deemed in the best interest of the City.
