The City of Park Falls is accepting bids for winter sidewalk snow removal and summer lawn mowing and trimming services for two years (2026-2027). The work is to be performed on an as-needed basis in accordance with City of Park Falls Ordinance 399-26 (Snow and Ice Removal) and Ordinance 360-2 (Length of Lawn and Grasses). Bids must be submitted as a per-hour charge, which must include all equipment and labor expenses. The successful bidder will be instructed by the DPW Director or Police Chief regarding which properties to maintain, and must submit invoices for each property to the City Clerk's Office monthly. Proof of liability insurance must accompany the bid. All bids must be sealed and received on or before October 20, 2025, at City Hall.
