Renovation of a municipal facility in Park Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Lake is seeking bids to contract for replacing three insulated overhead garage doors with openers at the Town Shop Building. The bid must include a complete breakdown of what is included and the total cost. Costs are to include removal and hauling away of existing doors and operators. The successful bidder must furnish a certificate of liability insurance upon awarding of bid. Federal Flow Down Requirements apply to this project as it is federally funded by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), including BABA-Build America, Buy America Act and DBRA-Davis Bacon and Related Acts (prevailing wage) provisions. The selected contractor will need to work with LCPtracker to submit a Contractor Intake Form and enter payroll on a weekly basis, even when no work has occurred on the project for the week, until the project is completed.
