Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, certifications, equipment, and devices necessary to replace existing medical air (MA), medical vacuum (MV), and oxygen (O2) outlets with new units. Work must be performed in accordance with the contract documents and specifications provided. Construction activities shall be conducted between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, ensuring that all medical center operations remain fully functional and unimpeded throughout the duration of the project. The magnitude of construction is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. The project is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Offerors must demonstrate recent and relevant experience with similar medical gas system construction in active hospital environments, including infection control procedures and compliance with Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) standards. Evaluation factors include technical capability, past performance, and price, with technical and past performance being significantly more important than price.
