Turnkey Manufacturing, Supply, Delivery & installation of Terrestrial Fibre Optic Cable, associated equipment, materials and fiber fusions from Deception Bay (DB), QC to Western Wakeham Bay (WWB), QC Fiber link, "TFLDBWB" Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-11-06 Includes: Main trunk fibre optic cable (approx. 187.455 km) plus drops to Canadian Royalties Inc. mine (Expo site) and Donaldson Airport. Installation of beach manhole (BMH) at Wakeham Bay. Splicing/fusion of all fibre strands and terminations at Raglan and Canadian Royalties facilities.
