The Combined Communications Center (CCC) is preparing the Emergency Board-Up Monthly List, scheduled to begin December 1, 2025, and remain in effect for a minimum of two (2) years. This list will be utilized for emergency board-up services following structure fires or other incidents requiring immediate property security. Services may include, but are not limited to, securing windows, doors, garage doors, bay doors, and openings created in roofs or walls. Vendors will be required to provide service within the City of Las Vegas, City of North Las Vegas, and Unincorporated Clark County. Vendor must maintain an active and valid Multi-Jurisdictional Business License and the appropriate Nevada contractor's license(s). Vendor must be capable of responding to an incident scene within 60 minutes of notification. If the vendor cannot be reached or fails to arrive within the required time frame, CCC will proceed to the next vendor on the rotation list. Billing Responsibility: Property owners are solely responsible for payment of all services rendered. The City of Las Vegas, City of North Las Vegas, and Unincorporated Clark County assume no responsibility for unpaid charges. All billing must be directed to the property owner. Board-Up Services (One month rotations) Minimum license classification: C-3 Carpentry, Maintenance, and Minor Repairs. Contractors holding a B-2 General or AB license are also permitted to perform board-up work under the provisions of their license. Only one contractor per contractor's license may be included on the board-up list at any given time. Fencing Services (Quarterly rotations) Security fencing requires license subclassification: A-21 Fencing and Guardrails. Contractors holding a B General or AB license may provide fencing services through a licensed subcontractor. The subcontractor's valid licensing documentation must be submitted for approval.
