Site work for a road / highway in North Collins, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway.
This project will create a diverging diamond at the intersection of the I-190 and Niagara Falls Boulevard reducing the number of accidents and congestion. It will create better sight distance and protected movements while decreasing signal phasing, cycle length, and driver delay, and it will replace four interstate bridges in the City of Niagara Falls in Niagara County. Nysdot Region: 04 Genesee Valley The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Spring 2027. Construction is expected to begin in Summer 2027. Construction is expected to be completed in Winter 2027/2028. As of October 10, 2025, the project is in Conceptual status. Anticipated letting Year is 2031. NYDOT : US 62 (Niagara Falls Blvd) @ I-190 Interchange *Project information has been obtained through a public state transportation improvement plan (STIP). A STIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the STIP often evolves based on funding availability. The project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available.
