Renovation of a fire / police facility in Beavercreek, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

As of December 4, 2025 this project has been awarded. Beavercreek Township requests proposals from qualified vendors for instillation of direct vehicle exhaust removal systems at 5 fire stations. o Evaluate existing vehicle exhaust extraction system if applicable o Remove existing vehicle exhaust extraction system if applicable o Install vehicle exhaust extraction systems per the bid specifications o Clean up and remove all debris from the site when completed o The bidder must provide a schedule for completion of work Beavercreek Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for any reason, to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest. BeavercreekTownship shall have the right to delete a unit item from the bid if necessary or proper in the sole determination of the Township. Beavercreek, OH 45440 Fire Station 65 1777 Trebe in Rd, Xe n ia, OH 45385 The vendorwill describe its approach to a project of this kind and identify any unique or distinctive features of the project the vendor wishes the evaluation committee to give particular attention Submit proposed Apparatus Bay Exhaust Extraction system to Greene County Department of Building Regulations for review as necessary. 2. Remove and dispose of all components of existing apparatus bay exhaust system in a safe and approved method as necessary. 3. Install 5 new Apparatus Bay Vehicle Exhaust Extraction systems conforming to all applicable NFPA, Ohio Building Code 2017, and Manufactures Requirements. 4. To repair/replace any damaged surfaces due to installation. 5. Provide training of the system to owner's representatives as indicated. 6. Complete all work in a workman like manner. 7. Dispose of any debris created by project. 8. Provide a schedule for completion of work 9. Provide a plan for minimal interruption to facility operation. 10. If for any reason a section of the Bid Specifications cannot be met the bidder shall indicate in their technical discussion providing reasons for non compliance and an alternative to achieve the same objective Vendors must also provide a list of past projects similar in size and content that qualify thevendorto undertake the BeavercreekTownship Fire Department project. The list of projects references must include a description of the project, contact name, title of contact person, phone number, address, and when the project was completed. The reference list should include a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of six (6)
