Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Beavercreek, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project involves the widening of Indian Ripple Road from Baronwood Boulevard to S Alpha Bellbrook Road. The existing two (2) lane section of Indian Ripple Road will be widened to a three (3) lane section. This will include one through lane in each direction and a two way left turn lane. Along with this widening, an eight (8) foot sidewalk will be installed along the south side of the roadway. This roadway will also be improved with curb and gutter and storm sewer work throughout the project. Right of way plans and legal descriptions are scheduled to be complete by February 27, 2026. The project right of way clearance date is currently November 30, 2026. There are approximately 36 parcels with ROW takes expected.
