The project consists of renovations to the existing Lakeside Lodge building including accessibility upgrades, electrical upgrades, reroof, and other improvements to support temporary use as a boathouse while Sharon Woods Harbor is under construction and continued future use as a rental facility. The project has a substantial completion date of APRIL 10, 2026. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Performance Bond meeting the requirements of Sec. 153.54 & 153.571 O.R.C. executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio in the full amount of the proposal, including add alternates. In lieu of a bid bond, a certified check may be substituted, payable to the Owner in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount, including add alternates. Great Parks of Hamilton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids. A. The Contractor shall be responsible for the coordination and performance of all phases of work as provided in the plans and specifications, including survey, layout, and staking. B. The project includes providing all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete all work. C. The Project consists of RENOVATIONS TO THE EXISTING LAKESIDE LODGE BUILDING INCLUDING ACCESSIBILITY UPGRADES, ELECTRICAL UPGRADES, REROOF, AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS TO SUPPORT TEMPORARY USE AS A BOATHOUSE WHILE SHARON WOODS HARBOR IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND CONTINUED FUTURE USE AS A RENTAL FACILITY. D. Owner Permits Responsibility - The Owner will obtain a Special Flood Hazard Area Development Permit from the City of Sharonville. E. Contractor Permit Responsibility - The Contractor is responsible for performing all work, scheduling inspections, meeting inspectors and paying all costs required to obtain acceptance by any permitting agencies.
