This project will replace and upgrade antiquated temperature control systems throughout the facility. It involves upgrading or replacing a mixture of pneumatic and aged Direct Digital Controls (DDC) systems and the equipment they serve, which are no longer performing adequately. Pneumatic equipment that cannot be retrofitted with DDC controls will be replaced. The upgraded controls will be used to correct building pressurization and enable rapid problem identification through a continuous commissioning software system. All RFIs submitted shall include the solicitation number and title, contractor name, city, state, telephone, email address, date submitted, and the RFI question(s). RFI responses will be posted to https://sam.gov as necessary in amendment format. Deadline for submission of RFIs for this solicitation is close of business 11-13-2025. No questions will be answered after this date unless determined to be in the best interest of the Government as deemed by the Contracting Officer.
