Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and parking garage.

The project involves replacing waterproofing joint sealants throughout the parking garage and removing and patching concrete at slab joints where water intrusion has caused damage. All work will be scheduled over weekends to avoid interference with VA operations. The contractor will also procure and coordinate with THP LTD, a qualified consulting firm, to assess the structural condition of the garage. This assessment will include reviewing floors, soffits, perimeter walls, façade, stair tower, and other elements for deterioration, water damage, and structural or waterproofing issues requiring remediation. The review will incorporate sounding surveys and chloride ion testing on each floor. The contractor must adhere to general industry standards for concrete condition assessment of parking structures. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 90 calendar days *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
