Renovation of a stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 369,110-square-foot, one-story above grade stadium.
As of January 07, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The project consists of the modernization of passenger elevators at Paycor Stadium. The work involves all tasks and responsibilities required to update and improve the elevator systems. Bidders are instructed to access proposal forms, specifications, and other documents for detailed requirements and to retrieve the documents electronically if needed. The scope includes adherence to prevailing wage laws, as well as meeting specified participation requirements for small businesses (16.5%), minority-owned businesses (20.0%), and women-owned businesses (4.2%). THIS BUILDING IS PROTECTED BY FLOOD PROTECTION SYSTEMS INCLUDING FLOOD WALLS AND A GENERATOR-SUPPLIED DEEP WELL PUMPING SYSTEM IN COMPLIANCE WITH ORC 1333.15(E)(2). THE WATER LEVEL IS MAINTAINED TO 470' WITHIN THE FACILITY. THE FLOODPLAIN ELEVATION IS 498'. THE LOWEST FLOOR ELEVATION IN THIS PROJECT SPACE IS 515'.
