Court Street, Room 507 Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 Electrical Project for EOC. The intent of this RFP is to secure pricing for a period of one (1) year. Offerors who submit proposals with pricing in a manner other than what was established for the RFP will be disqualified. This project is to perform the electrical work that will be needed to support the two projectors and address the malfunctioning lightning issue as budget allows. Due to the funding available and the grant funding requirements we are using an RFP that includes different options. To be more efficient in selecting a vendor that can address ongoing needs within budgetary constraints, Offerors will delineate details about the two parts of this project individually by presenting two quotes (one for each project). Based on the proposed solution, cost, and vendor qualifications, a vendor will be selected from the Offerors to perform all or part of the outlined work. Hamilton County and the City of Cincinnati reserve the right to increase, decrease or modify the scope needed based on the budgetary constraints after the vendor is selected but before the project is awarded. All Offerors are requested to submit specs and complete a cost sheet that details the total for each part separately. This will allow flexibility in completing part of the project if funding will not allow both outlet work and light work to be done. Additionally, the decision may be made to only update light fixtures in some rooms, so the Offeror should note cost of light work in each room.
