The County of Sonoma (County) is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of Steel Pipes per Attachment A minimum specifications. Question Deadline 10/21/2025 For questions regarding this bid, email Somsanith.Suvanaseng@sonomacounty.gov no later than 48 hours prior to the bid opening. Written answers will be shared with all potential bidders through an addendum on the County's Supplier Portal and email notification. Questions will not be answered by phone. Award will be made to the lowest responsive/ responsible bid meeting or exceeding all specifications as defined herein. The County may award by line item, combination of like items, total aggregate award or in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the County. The County reserves the right before payment or acceptance to inspect all goods and workmanship and shall have the right to reject all goods and workmanship that do not conform to the Purchase Order or Contract, provided; however, the County is under no duty to make such inspection. The County reserves the right to extend the date of acceptance of goods or workmanship in the event it determines that the nonconforming goods or workmanship can be reasonably cured.
