Furnishing and Delivery of One (1) Each Trailer Mounted Portable Generator One (1) Each 25KW Trailer Mounted Portable Generator for the Department Public Works, Wastewater Management Division, County of Kauai. Bids of $100,000 or more will not be accepted. Bidders are requested to contact the Purchasing bid contact for this solicitation, whose information can be found online, if their intended bid is in the amount of $100,000 or more. Bidders are further notified of the requirements of Act 190, SLH 2011, SB 758, wherein the County of Kaua'i is required to utilize the Hawai'i Compliance Express (HCE) to obtain proof of compliance of tax, registration, and labor requirements prior to the issuance of an award. Bidders are strongly encouraged to register for HCE so as to allow for needed proof of compliance prior to the issuance of an award. The Director of Finance reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, if deemed to be in the best interest of the County. Prospective persons or entities interested in accessing and responding to Formal Small Purchase (FSP) Document No. FSP-4063, assigned by the Division of Purchasing must be registered online, Hawaii Region, and Kauai County Agency.
