Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Live Oak, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade, five-room playground / park / athletic field.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and permits necessary to successfully complete mold remediation for five (5) cabins as described in the attached assessment reports and consistent with recognized professional standards, and per the contract documents. Builder's Risk is required for this project and must be included in the bid price. Documents for this bid will be available for download. Pursuant to applicable executive orders and statutes, the project must be designed and constructed in accordance with green building standards where applicable. ADA requirements must be observed, providing equal access and effective communication. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidder prequalification is required for all bids. Each bidder must provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP's Bureau of Design and Construction. If not pre-qualified, the bidder must submit a current State Contractor license certification or registration and current Corporate Charter registration with the bid.
