Bid security is not required. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Contract shall be from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is not subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act or the Davis-Bacon Act. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the following: a. Certificate of Insurance in accordance with attached requirements b. Performance Bond (100% of Contract) North Codorus Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of North Codorus Township.
