Major work elements include installation of wall-mounted exhaust fans with associated louvers and weatherhoods, mini-split heating and cooling systems, electric unit heaters, ductwork and air distribution components, refrigerant and condensate piping, controls, insulation, supports, and all mechanical penetrations and firestopping. The contractor shall coordinate with all other trades, maintain required clearances, perform testing and balancing, provide O&M documentation and training, and complete all associated accessories, start-up, and commissioning required for a fully functional HVAC system.
