The sale does not include the land. Each structure will be sold separately. Bidders are not required to bid on all structures. The successful bidder(s) will be responsible for any hazardous materials mitigation that may be necessary. The structure shall be relocated in its entirety. Proposals for less than the entire structure will not be accepted by the City of Waukee. The structure must be moved entirely from its current location at a date arranged by bid winner and City of Waukee representatives. Failure to meet the scheduled deadline will result in forfeiture of the purchase price and performance security and demolition of the structure(s) by the City.
