The work consists of providing all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of improvements generally described as follows: Construction of South Warrior Lane roadway improvements between Broderick Drive and Park Road, and University Avenue roadway improvements from South Warrior Lane west approximately 1,900 feet. The construction includes approximately 18,900 square yards of PCC pavement, 6,300 square yards of HMA pavement, 4,600 linear feet of water main, 5,400 linear feet of storm sewer, earthwork, subgrade preparation, box culvert, pedestrian underpass, manholes, intakes, sidewalk and shared use path paving, surface restoration, landscape plantings, and other associated work. The types of materials, estimated quantities, and work to be done are as shown on the bid proposal for the project.
