Renovation of a library in South Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade library.
The City of South Charleston is soliciting bids on behalf of the South Charleston Public Library to establish a contract for the one-time purchase of materials, labor, equipment, and all incidentals to replace the existing middle roof section at the South Charleston Public Library with a new EPDM roof system at 312 4th Ave, South Charleston, WV 25303. The successful bidder shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the roof replacement of the designated area, including any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the roof replacement, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the project specifications. Bidders are instructed to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered to City Treasurer at 238 4th Ave, South Charleston, WV 25303.
