Renovation of an educational facility in South Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

3.1 Remove and dispose of the existing roof system. 3.2 Cover entire roof area in underlayment and ice & water shield at all eaves and valleys. 3.3 Fabricate and install new double locked 24-gauge Kynar finished roof panels. This is a true standing roof system, and panels will be formed onsite. 3.4 Shop fabricate and install new 24-gauge drip edge, rake edge, ridge, step flashing and counter flashing. 3.5 Carports will receive new panels on mansards as well. 3.6 All flashings will be locked together along with the metal panels. 3.7 Provide and install new snow guards at the eaves. One per panel staggered. 3.8 All work to be completed per the manufacturer's specifications. 3.9 Clean up and remove all debris generated from the work. 3.10 Please itemize each roof as follows: a. Witherspoon Apartments 1 and 2 b. Witherspoon Apartments 3 and 4 c. Witherspoon Apartments 5,6,7, and 8 d. Carport 1 e. Carport 2 Concord University is soliciting for bids to remove, dispose, and replace the existing ballast and roof system on the Witherspoon Apartments and Carports.
