Job Site Long Lake Regional Park, 17850 W 64th Avenue, Arvada, Colorado 80403 Scope of Work o Removal and replacement of 155,250 SF (77,625 per field) square feet of synthetic turf. o Products must be PFAS free o Color of synthetic turf to be a standard shade of green. o Inlaid markings as required for 2 11 v 11 soccer fields permanently installed in white synthetic turf. 1 on each field. The 11v11s should run North to South. o Inlaid markings as required for 4 9 v 9 soccer fields permanently installed in yellow synthetic turf 2 on each field. These should run east to west, the endline of the 9v9s shall be the sideline of the 11v11 o Inlaid markings as required for 2 unified lacrosse permanently installed in powder blue synthetic turf, 1 on each turf. The end line for the unified lacrosse field shall be the white 11v11 soccer end line. o Verify that all sub-base leveling is complete prior to installation o Provide one (1) Gmax test upon substantial completion of each field. o Inspect and replace nailer boards as needed Option 1 o Silica sand and crumb rubber infill o Crumb rubber infill in existing synthetic turf field may be extracted and reused for up to 1/2 of the crumb rubber infill installed in the replacement synthetic turf system. o Crumb Rubber shall be black ambient SBR ground crumb rubber Option 2 o Organic infill o Organic infill specifications must be provided, including mix ratio with sand and gradation sizes if applicable o Addition of shock pad Removal of Existing Turf o Remove infill materials from the turf surface using appropriate equipment, such as vacuum systems or turf sweepers. o Collect and segregate infill materials for reuse or proper disposal according to environmental guidelines and regulations. o Inspect and assess the condition of the base layer for any repairs or replacements needed before installing the new turf.
