The project consists of the following main project elements at the LTMUA Water Reclamation Facility (WRF): (a) Furnishing and installing a second disc filter at the Filter/UV Disinfection Building. (b) Furnishing and installing a second UV disinfection unit at the Filter/UV Disinfection Building. (c) Addition of three vertical turbine service water pumps at the Final Effluent Pump Station wet well and associated piping, valves, manual basket strainer and appurtenances inside a new building enclosure, and new pump control panel and variable speed drives at the Effluent Control Room. (d) Replacement of existing louvers and ventilation fans at the Filter/UV Disinfection Building. (e) Recoating existing building structural steel and bridge crane at the Filter/UV Disinfection Building. (f) Addition of motorized operators at existing slide gates in the Filter/UV Disinfection Building and at Polishing Pond No. 2. Answers to questions that are submitted in writing by 10:00 A.M. prevailing local time on November 4, 2025 will be provided to all potential bidders who have purchased Contract Documents. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid or $20,000.00, whichever is less, must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids, if it is in the public interest to do so.
