Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Beverly Hills, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of Services includes street and alley repavement at various locations within the City of Beverly Hills. The project includes asphalt grinding, hot mix asphalt installation, concrete pavement removal and replacement, concrete alley gutters removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, water meter box installation, and curb ramp reconstruction per ADA. The project also has a sidewalk maintenance component requiring the contractor to do repairs citywide based on the City's priority list.
