Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Bourbonnais, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility.
The Village of Bradley is accepting sealed bids from interested trade contractors for the 315 Sports Park Maintenance Building. The bid release consists of the following bid packages: site & building concrete, structural steel, and site & civil. Contractors and subcontractors must pay laborers, workers, and mechanics not less than the prevailing wage rates as required by the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to 10% of the base bid is required from all bidders. Performance and labor and material payment bonds equal to 100% of the bid will be required from awarded bidders. The work will be done in accordance with the contract documents. Failure to comply with the requirements will result in disqualification of the bidder. The Village of Bradley reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All submitted information is considered public under the State Freedom of Information Act unless specifically disclosed as exempt by the bidder. Challenges to exemptions are the sole responsibility of the bidder.
