The Village of Bradley is accepting sealed bids for the 315 Sports Park Maintenance Building. The scope includes bid packages for General Trades, Masonry, Plumbing, and Electrical. Bids must be sealed and delivered to the specified Village Hall address. All work must comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to 10% of the base bid is required from all bidders. Awarded bidders must provide Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond each equal to 100% of the bid. The work must be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Village of Bradley reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Failure to comply with the requirements of the invitation to bid will result in disqualification of the bidder.
