The scope of this procurement consists of demolition of existing retaining walls, earthwork for regarding the site for access around the new clearwell and existing pond, excavation for a new 10' deep clearwell, construction of new concrete retaining walls for site grading, construction of a new concrete 11,300 CF clearwell to be tied into the existing clearwell, including construction to reroute flow in the existing clearwell, and construction of concrete sitework.
