The project is located approximately 4 miles south of Aztec, nm and approximately 7 miles north of Bloomfield, NM. The project involves proposing to add a new water storage tank and transmission line. Project proposes to demolish the existing bladder storage facility and existing watermain. Replacement of failed pipes at the booster station is also included. Construction of a 0.5-million gallon AWWA D110 Type III concrete ground storage tank, associated tank improvements, and replacement of 900 linear feet of 12-inch diameter potable water transmission piping. Complete demolition and removal of the existing earthen bladder storage is also a part.
