Sealed proposals are invited for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required for the South Water Tower #1 Interior Maintenance & Painting, Project Bid #25-08. The work includes routine maintenance, pressure cleaning, and painting of the interior of a 500,000 gallon elevated storage tank located at the intersection of W. Turtlecreek Union Road and Deerfield Road. Bidders must obtain bid documents by emailing a completed bid documents request form to the specified address and prepare their bids using documents obtained directly from the City. Printed copies of the bid booklet with all forms filled out are required. Each bidder must provide a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond per Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54, with security from a surety licensed in Ohio. Bidders must be listed on the official plan holders list at the time of bid opening; forms or bids from unlisted or unofficial sources will not be accepted. Proposals must include the full names of all parties and persons involved and evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors must, as much as practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor, comply with prevailing wage rates, and meet all EEO requirements.
