**As of January 28, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Sealed bids will be received for the Grog Run Road Bridge #147-0.47 Rehabilitation Project (WAR-TR 147-0.47). Only ODOT prequalified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this project, and pre-qualification status must be maintained at the time of bid, award, and throughout the contract. The "prime" contractor must perform at least 30 percent of the total original contract price. Each bid must contain the full name of the bidder and be accompanied by a bid bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check equal to ten percent of the bid. If awarded, the contractor must file a performance bond for the amount of the contract. Bidders must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act for prevailing wage requirements for Federally funded projects. Attention is called to all requirements in the bid packet. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty days after the date of opening. All bids must be sealed, properly signed, and plainly marked for the project. Warren County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and to enter into a contract with the bidder offering the lowest and best bid. Proposal for the Grog Run Road Bridge #147-0.47 Rehabilitation Project. This work consists of rehabilitating the existing bridge and completing the related roadway items along Grog Run Road. No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally.
