Expansion, renovation, and upgrades to Surrey Fire Hall #11, located at 12863 60th Ave, Surrey, and Surrey Fire Hall #15, located at 18915 64th Ave. TIMELINE: The City of Surrey (the "City") invites Proponents to provide comprehensive architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, landscape, quantity surveying, and fire protection engineering design services, including construction administration, hand-over and closeout of the project. The Proponent and its team should have relevant experience in municipal projects and should showcase similar projects in the submission. Experience working with the proposed subconsultants is an asset. Further update in early spring 2026, pending selection of a preferred proponent.
