Site work for a mixed-use development in Haworth, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

The work consists of improvements to the existing Memorial Field Park basketball court and baseball field. The improvements include milling and paving reconstruction of the basketball court, plexipave basketball court coating and striping, reconstruction of adjacent asphalt walkways, and reconstruction and replacement of the existing dugout structures at the baseball field, along with associated fencing and player benches. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms as designated in the specifications, enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project, and be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit, a certified check or bid bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid (with limits as specified), and a consent of surety for one hundred percent (100%) of the amount bid. Bidders must comply with Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity regulations, Local Public Contracts Law, and must provide Proof of Registration with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue. Bids are irrevocable for sixty (60) days. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informalities. All requirements of the NJDOT Municipal Aid Program apply, and Prevailing Wage Rates must prevail.
