Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Cavan-Monaghan, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 54,770-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

This process is intended to qualify General Contractors as stipulated in this document to build a 54,770 sq. ft. modern JK to Grade 8 School for 481 students and to include a licensed 4 room Child Care Centre in Millbrook, Ontario. Only those respondents selected and approved by the Board will be able to participate in the invitational second stage competitive process. The Towerhill Neighbourhood Elementary School will be constructed on a green field site located in Millbrook, Ontario with a building area of 46,738 sf for the school and 7,032 sf for the childcare for a total of 54,770sf. The property is located east of Hwy 11 and north of Fallis Line in a subdivision currently under construction. The south side of the property will be bordered by homes, the west side of the property is on Flaherty Street, the north side of the property on Robson Street and the east side of the property is adjacent to environmentally protected land with a future trail. The school is a two-storey building, designed in an "L" configuration. The central portion of the school is designed with the Front Entrance, Main Office Space, Gymnasium and Community Stair. There are two learning wings, one stretching to the east on the north side of the site and one to the south on the west side of the site.
