**As of December 8, 2025, the project was awarded to Mission Restaurant Supply but the awarded amount is not available.** It is the intention of Katy ISD to solicit responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Kitchen Equipment Components Replacement for Katy Junior High School. Katy Independent School District (Katy ISD) is utilizing the Request for Proposals (RFP) method for the procurement of this service in accordance with Texas Education Code & 44.031 (a)(3). The Katy Independent School invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the supply and delivery of all new kitchen equipment components required for the renovation of Katy Junior High School. This project aims to enhance the school's food service capabilities and meet the demands of its growing student population. The estimated expenditure for this project is $1,140,000.00 The term of this contract will begin at date of the award. The contract shall remain in effect from the award date until completion of the project. Interested vendors should respond to this RFP and submit responses to Katy ISD for consideration. Questions regarding the requirements specified in this solicitation must be submitted at online.
