Site work and paving for a residential development in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade residential development.
Sealed proposals are requested for the construction of Water, Sanitary Sewer, Drainage Facilities & Paving and Appurtenances to Serve The George Section 2, LJA Job No. 4683-6202A&B. Proposals must be addressed to GF 2977 LP on behalf of Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 237A and submitted to the office of the Engineer, LJA Engineering, Inc. Bidders may also elect to submit bids electronically via the specified website, after registering on it. A non-mandatory audio pre-bid conference will be held. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond or cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid submitted. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The contract may be terminated if the bidder/contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code. Bidders must declare compliance or steps taken towards compliance with this subchapter, and provide documentation if requested. Question Deadline 10/28/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER.Questions received less than three working days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
