Renovation of an educational facility in Metamora, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for multiple bid packages involved in the Metamora Township High School HVAC Renovation Phase 2. The bid packages for Phase 1 include BP01-Concrete, BP02-Structural Steel, BP03-HVAC & Temperature Control, and BP04-Electrical. Bidders must submit all questions in writing. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Metamora Township High School District #122 in the amount of 5% of the bid. Within ten days, the successful bidder must provide a Payment and Performance Bond with an approved Surety for 100% of the contract amount, included in the bid cost. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities or errors, and accept the bid most favorable to its interest after examining and canvassing all bids. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who meets the specified criteria and only after formal notice is given.
