Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Felton, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway; and one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Felton is seeking a qualified contractor to perform limited reconstruction of road pavement, including milling, patching, and HMA overlay, as well as construction of curb, sidewalk, storm drain, ADA ramps, and related work for East High Street from Church Street to East Street. The contract requires the provision of all labor, material, equipment, and other necessary resources to successfully complete all work to the Town's satisfaction. The contractor shall commence work no later than fourteen calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, and all work for the base contract must be completed within forty-five consecutive calendar days from the commencement date.
