Site work and new construction of a stadium in Au Gres, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade stadium.
Design-Build proposals are requested for the "Football Bleachers and HVAC Replacement" project. The work categories included are: 1) New football bleachers for both home and away sides; 2) Replacement of the Innovation Lab unit, kitchen make-up air unit, and exhaust fans. Proposals must be submitted in duplicate, and the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or waive requirements as deemed necessary. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty days after the bid date. Each bid exceeding $50,000 requires a certified check or bid bond of at least 5% of the base bid. No telephonic, telegraphic, email, or faxed bids or modifications will be accepted. Bidders must include proposed start and completion dates on company letterhead as part of the Design-Build proposal. All questions regarding the plans and specifications are to be emailed to Chris Ming at mingc@ags-schools.org.
