Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Au Gres, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Au Gres-Sims School District is receiving bids from trade contractors for concrete pads under new home and away bleachers. Complete proposals will be received for this work category in accordance with drawings and specifications as prepared by the Architect, Engineers, and Construction Manager. All proposals should be submitted in duplicate and addressed to the Superintendent at Au Gres-Sims School District. The Owner reserves the right to reject any, part of any, or all bids and to waive all informalities in the bidding procedures. The Owner may reject any bid if the bidder fails to submit required data or if the bid is incomplete or irregular. No telephonic, telegraphic, email, or fax bids or modifications will be considered. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the bid date. Each bid over fifty thousand dollars must be submitted with a certified check or bid bond from a surety company approved to do business in Michigan, payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five percent of the base bid. This is not a prevailing wage project. Question Deadline 12/12/2025- All questions regarding the plans and specifications are to be emailed to Chip Hendrick at chip@rchendrick.com. Notify the Owner at least five (5) days prior to bid of ambiguities, inconsistencies, or error discovered upon examination of the Bidding Documents, site or local conditions.
