Under this Contract, the Contractor shall furnish all material, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and all labor and supervision necessary for the work as described in these Specifications. The completed project shall not lack any part, which can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper completion, nor any subsidiary item, which is customarily furnished, or provided. Furthermore, the completed project shall comply in every respect with all applicable City of Rosenberg Codes and Ordinances. 2. Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: a. Furnishing and installing all structures, equipment, materials, and all appurtenances, as indicated on the drawings. A new two-story, approximately 30,770 sf administration building of type II-B Construction, a new two-story approximately 30,176 sf public works building of type II-B construction, a new one story approximately 17,150 sf fleet maintenance building of type II-B construction. Site includes a fuel station and connecting bridge between the administration building and public works building. All buildings will be fully sprinkled with an NFPA 13 system.
