Fayetteville Public Works Commission is offering for sale by sealed bid one (1) 3-Phase Vault surplus transformer shipment totaling 500 KVA. Bidders must be pre-qualified to dispose of transformers. Bids must be sealed and received by the deadline. The Commission reserves the right to withdraw the equipment, reject any or all bids, waive informalities, or award to the highest responsible bidder. The successful bidder must pay within 30 days of award and arrange for pick-up and transportation of the equipment within 10 business days after payment. The Commission does not provide loading, packing, shipping, or labor assistance; the successful bidder must handle all removal and transportation. Property may be removed between 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays. Inquiries about the process should be directed to the staff contacts provided.
