The Commission manages and controls various pieces of equipment and has approved the sale of one (1) surplus transformer shipment #697, consisting of a 3-Phase Vault totaling 500 KVA, by sealed bid. Bidders must be pre-qualified to dispose of transformers. Bids will be accepted until 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2025, and must be submitted to Fayetteville PWC, Attn: Paula Eckard, at the provided addresses. The Commission reserves the right to withdraw the equipment from sale at any time, to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, or award the bid to the highest responsible bidder. The successful bidder must remit payment within 30 calendar days from the bid award using acceptable forms of payment and must arrange and perform all necessary transportation to ship or remove the items from the PWC complex within 10 business days after payment. The PWC will provide loading, packing, shipping, and/or labor assistance for pickups. Property may be removed Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding State holidays.
