The project involves the construction of a new 150 ft x 60 ft engineered steel shop maintenance building for the Vicksburg Bridge Commission of Warren County lding will include a corner break room, toilets, gravel parking and drive, along with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems. a bid bond or certified check for 5% of the total bid, and the successful bidder must provide proof of insurance and 100% performance and payment bonds. Bidders must be qualified under Mississippi State law and possess a Certificate of Responsibility issued by the Mississippi State Board of Public Contractors. The VBCWC reserves the right to determine responsible proposing companies, responsive and most advantageous proposal(s), invite bids from multiple bidders, reject any and all proposals or bids and waive minor informalities in the proposal and bid process. The VBCWC reserves the right to award a contract to the bidder(s) believed most advantageous to the VBCWC, price and other factors considered.
