Renovation of a municipal facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Laramie County is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for retrofitting existing wall sconces with LED lights at the Laramie County Government Courthouse. Bids must be received by the Laramie County Buildings Manager, at 309 W. 20th Street, Suite 1900, Cheyenne, WY 82001, either hand delivered or mailed, no later than 10:00am local time on November 13, 2025. All bids shall be sealed and clearly marked with: 'Bids for: Courthouse Lighting Retrofit,' the bidder's name and address, and the bid submission date. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, negotiate separately with competing respondents, waive any informalities, defects, or irregularities in any bids, or accept the bid or bids that, in the judgment of proper officials, are in the best interest of the County.
