Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The complete removal and disposal of existing sidewalk access ramps as identified by the City of Raleigh and replacement with upgraded ADA-compliant access ramps within the City areas under its jurisdiction. The removal and replacement of sidewalk panels, curb, and gutter as identified by the City of Raleigh in accordance with project specifications. The restoration of all disturbed areas, including backfilling,grading, seeding, and mulching, with only NCDOT-approved seed mixtures to be used. Construction consisting of furnishing and installing the following:The complete removal and disposal of existing sidewalk access ramps as identified by the City of Raleigh and replacement with upgraded ADA-compliant access ramps within the City areas under its jurisdiction. The removal and replacement of sidewalk panels, curb, and gutter as identified by the City of Raleigh in accordance with project specifications. The restoration of all disturbed areas, including backfilling, grading, seeding, and mulching, with only NCDOT-approved seed mixtures to be used. All Work shall be performed at the various locations provided by the City of Raleigh. No proposal will be considered or accepted unless at the time of its filing, the same shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, or certified check on a bank or trust company insured by the FDIC and authorized to do business in North Carolina in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. In the alternative, a five percent (5%) bid bond issued by a corporate surety licensed by the State of North Carolina may be filed with the proposal. Bidders must be properly licensed under Chapter 87 of the General Statutes of North Carolina and must comply with nondiscrimination provisions. The City is an equal opportunity Municipality/Owner and invites small and minority contractors to bid. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
