The project is expected to be awarded on February 12,2026.** This Invitation for Bids ("IFB"), dated October 13, 2025, is issued by the Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency and the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor Agency (jointly referred to herein as "TCA" or "Agency") to engage the services of a contractor for the Generator and Auto Transfer Switch (ATS) Replacements (the "Work") as more specifically described in Exhibit A to the Form of Contract (Section III). Contractor shall replace the generators at Catalina View North & South - State Route 73 and Tomato Springs North & South - State Route 241 as further described in Exhibit A: Scope of Work. Contractor shall perform the Work described in Exhibit A, Scope of Work. Remove existing generators and automatic transfer switches (ATS) and replace with new generator and ATS, per "Toll Road Facilities Installation Locations and Generator Types" list below. Includes all necessary labor, related material, crane service, anchoring and additional increase to concrete pad, as needed. Work includes any diesel fuel and oil removal with proper disposal. Contractor to fill newly installed generator fuel to 90% prior to initial start-up. Contractor to test all generator and ATS functions for proper operation at start-up.
